Free U.S. shipping on every order

Shipping is on us. Every Quellrest order placed for delivery within the United States — including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. military APO/FPO addresses — ships free of charge. There is no minimum order size, no membership requirement, and no hidden handling fee added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

Order processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing on the next business day.

During major promotions or new-product launches, processing may take an extra day or two as our team works through a higher volume. If we ever expect a meaningful delay, we will reach out by email before your order ships.

Delivery estimates

Once your order leaves our facility, standard ground delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your distance from our U.S. fulfillment center. A typical end-to-end timeline looks like this:

  • Order placed and confirmed
  • Processing & quality check — 1–2 business days
  • In transit with the carrier — 3–7 business days

Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, carrier backlogs, and remote delivery zones (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories) can add additional transit time.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a confirmation with a tracking number and a live tracking link. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first carrier scan, so don't worry if it looks quiet right after you receive it. If you created an account at checkout, you can also view tracking from your order history at any time.

Not seeing your shipping email? Please check your spam or promotions folder first, then contact us at support@quellrest.com and we'll resend it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are not able to redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you spot a mistake right after ordering, email support@quellrest.com as quickly as possible. While orders move fast, we will do everything we can to correct the address before it ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for several business days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, reach out within 30 days of the ship date and we'll help track it down. We'll work with the carrier on your behalf and, when a package is confirmed lost in transit, we'll send a free replacement.

Arrived damaged? Send us a photo of the item and packaging and we'll make it right with a prompt replacement — no need to ship the damaged unit back to us.

International orders

At this time Quellrest ships within the United States only. We are actively working to expand to additional countries. If you're outside the U.S. and want to be notified when we ship to your region, email us at support@quellrest.com and we'll add you to the list.
